If a guide left something unclear, that is a gap in our writing. Tell us which page and which step, and it usually becomes a new section.

Happy to talk about methodology, crypto card economics or self-custody UX. We do not accept paid placements, guest posts or link insertions.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent editorial site, not a support channel. We have no access to any account, wallet, card or transaction, and we cannot recover funds, unlock an app, reverse a transfer or influence a verification decision. For anything account-related, contact the company that operates the product — reached through the app itself or its official domain, never through a link someone sends you.
We will never ask, and neither will anyone legitimate
Nobody from this site will ever contact you first, ask for a recovery phrase or key share, request remote access to your screen, or ask you to sign a transaction. Any message claiming otherwise is an impersonation attempt, including messages that quote this page.
Response times and language
We read the inbox on weekdays and reply to most corrections within a few days. We can read English, Spanish, French and Japanese; replies are usually in English. Please write in plain text and avoid attachments — screenshots pasted into the message body are fine.
