TriaCrypto Compare a regulated exchange

Legal

Terms of use

Last updated August 10, 2026.

By using TriaCrypto.app you accept the terms below. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable — if something here is unclear, ask us and we will clarify the wording.

1. Who we are, and who we are not

TriaCrypto.app is an independent informational website about self-custodial crypto wallets, crypto payment cards and app-based financial products. This is not the official website of tria. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of Tria or any other company whose products we discuss. Official product information is published by the respective companies; for Tria that is tria.so.

2. Information only — not financial, legal or tax advice

Everything on this site is general information provided for informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or use any asset, product or service. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, dealer or tax practitioner in any jurisdiction.

Crypto-assets are volatile and you can lose the entire value of your holdings. Self-custody means that losing your keys or recovery factors can result in permanent, unrecoverable loss of funds, with no support desk, insurance scheme or regulator able to restore them. Decisions you take after reading this site are your own, and you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on with the operator of the product and with a qualified professional in your own country.

3. Accuracy, dates and third-party claims

We aim for accuracy and we date our pages. Even so, product terms in this sector change frequently and without notice. Fees, limits, cashback rates, supported countries, supported networks and availability may differ from what is published here by the time you read it.

Where we cite a company’s claim, we attribute it to that company; a quoted claim is not our verification of it. Where we cite third-party databases or research, we say so. We give no warranty, express or implied, that content on this site is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. Always confirm a figure inside the product before acting on it.

4. Third-party links and compensation

This site contains links and buttons pointing to third-party websites and services. We do not control those sites, their content, their terms or their treatment of your data, and we are not responsible for them. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

We may receive compensation when a reader opens an account or uses a service through certain outbound links. That compensation funds the research and hosting behind this site. It does not change our assessments, and companies covered here have no editorial control, no review rights before publication, and no ability to have criticism removed.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use this site to break the law, or to help anyone else do so.
  • Do not scrape, mirror or republish substantial portions of the content without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is welcome.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the site’s availability, security or integrity.
  • Do not impersonate this site or its authors, including by reproducing its pages on another domain.

6. Intellectual property

Text, layout, illustrations, diagrams and the site’s branding are ours unless credited otherwise, and are protected by copyright. Third-party trademarks, product names and logos — including Tria, Visa, and the names of any wallets, exchanges or blockchains mentioned — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only. Their use here does not imply any endorsement, partnership or association.

7. No relationship, no support

Using this site creates no client, advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and us. We have no access to any account, wallet, card, balance or transaction, and we cannot recover funds, unlock accounts, reverse transfers or intervene in verification decisions. We never initiate contact with readers and will never ask for a recovery phrase, key share, password or remote access to your device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or any third-party site linked from it — including loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, and consequential or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Privacy and data

This site is a static publication. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not request personal data through forms. If you email us, we process that message only to reply to you and to correct the site, and we do not sell or share it. Third-party services you reach through outbound links collect data under their own policies, which you should read before using them.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Applicable law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable at the publisher’s place of establishment, without prejudice to consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms, corrections, or takedown and attribution requests: info@triacrypto.app. We reply to legal and correction correspondence before anything else.
